    Brief

    We meet, capture your product spec, target cost, volumes and timeline — and confirm scope in writing.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

    We RFQ verified factories in our network, benchmark pricing and shortlist 2–3 suppliers for you.

  3. 03

    Sampling

    We coordinate samples, run lab tests where needed, and lock the spec before any tooling spends.

  4. 04

    Manufacturing

    PO issued under EastBridge contract. Production is tracked weekly with milestone reports.

  5. 05

    Quality Control

    Independent in-process and pre-shipment AQL inspections. Defects fixed before goods ship.

  6. 06

    Shipping & UK Delivery

    We book freight, handle UK customs and duty, and deliver to your warehouse or 3PL.
